Join us May 31st for a culturally immersive dining experience in partnership with Roots and Branches farm in Lawndale, NC. We are partnering with Mee Moua and Yee Chang to host a fundraiser dinner series at their farm showcasing seasonal Hmong traditions and cuisine. Our May 31st dinner will celebrate spring foraging and showcase the versatility of bamboo shoots and wild greens.
Guests will be led on a tour of Roots and Branches farm, participate in a small cooking demonstration, and share a three course meal together. We will learn about how Hmong people manage bamboo forests through harvest in Asia and North Carolina alike! There are only 20 seats available, so secure your tickets today!
